Set Theory Top 5 New Releases - 7/13/2006

A new week means new music.  The only thing I didn't like about last week's set was that it wasn't mixed.  This week the music is mixed, and I'll continue to do so as long as the music permits (I'm not going to shoehorn an ambient or D&B track into an electro song in other words).
